Janea West

about

Janea West is a writer and director with a fresh voice for comedy drama. Her work has received various awards and fellowships for her filmmaking in Washington, DC known for her quirky characters and unique storylines.

Her first project was a pilot episode developed at Columbia University for her DC-based web series, GROWN (2019). Since then she's written and produced two short films and is working on her next series at UCLA.
